DESCRIPTION

A fiber-reinforced, additive-rich premixed plaster designed for traditional hand or machine-applied plastering. Offers enhanced mix homogeneity, optimized workability, and improved curing characteristics. The formulation ensures superior shrinkage control and consistent application quality, enabling clean and efficient execution of internal and external plastering works.

Components

Single-component, cement-based dry powder formulation, packaged in paper bags.

Instruction of use

1. The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc. and ensure the surface to be treated is generously wet

2. Add 4-5 liter of clean water to 25kg of Poly Plasture.

3. Mix with an electronic mixer well for three minutes until a homogenize market.

4. Leave the mix to set for five minutes.

5. Apply bay manually plastering trowel or mechanical projection machines.

1. Compressive Strength 12 N/mm2 after 28 days

2. Flexural Strength 2.5 N/mm2 after 28 days

3. Bond strength 0.5 N/mm2 ASTM C348

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
