A specialized and powerful Tile adhesive for swimming pools with exceptionally high resistance to water and chlorinated water, preserves adhesion under continuous water immersion.

1- Surface preparation: Ensure that surface is clean with zero residue such as dust, grease, and moisture etc.
2- Add 4.0 ltr of water to 20 Kg tile adhesive. Slowly add water while mixing continuously with low speed mixer / drill (400-600 rpm) for 3 min until a uniform consistency is obtained.
3- Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to allow the resins to dissolve completely.
4- Apply the Adhesive on the substrate to a uniform thickness of 2 to 3 mm evenly using a notched spatula
5- Fix the tile over the adhesive and press firmly to ensure maximum bonding between tile and adhesive.

Application temperature: from 5 to 35 ° C
Yield: 20 Kg mixed with 4 to 4.5 Ltr of water gives 13lts of mixed adhesive
Initial setting: 25 min
Comprehensive Strength: < 1.1 N mm2

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
