A high-performance polymer modified crack filler or fair coat wall plaster. This product can be used for interior and exterior use in order to fill cracks up to 8mm in the concrete surfaces.

1. Filling concrete cracks, and holes.
2. Leveling uneven surfaces.
3. Smoothing cracks and holes at door frames.

1 Powder based component

1. The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc.
2. Mix 1-1.5 parts of powder into 1-part potable water. Small quantities can be mixed manually.
a. Application as crack filler: remove all loose particles or wallpaper from holes. The mixed product must be pressed firmly into the cracks by spatula, putty Knife, or trowel.
b. As a finish Coat: The mixed product should be applied by trowel for leveling uneven concrete surfaces. Smooth the surface with sand paper after the material is dried.
3. Mix with a mechanical plaster mixer or low-speed electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle for 3-4 minutes, until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved.
4. Leave it to sit for 10 min and please note that mixed material must be used within 3 hours. Do not add water once the mixed filler mortar starts to stiffen or harden.
5. Spread the putty using a putty knife and make sure the surface is even. Leave to dry for 3 hours to fully set.
