Polybond PVA Pure is a concentrated solution of polyvinyl acetate and based on polyvinyl alcohol suspension used as a surface sealer, bonding agent and admixture for cement and mortar.

1. Used as an Adhesive and Sealer:  When added with suitable filler, it can be used for fixing plasterboard, ceramic tiles, marbles etc. Moreover, this product can be used as a surface sealer for concrete and floors to minimize the dusting and penetration of oils. It can be used as an effective primer on certain decorative coatings.
2. Used as a Bonding Agent: gives mortars, especially topping mortars enhanced bond strength. The wear resistance of screed treated with Polybond PVA is improved than that of a conventional sand and cement screed.
3. Used as an Admixture: due to its plasticizing effect which improves mortar application, increases the mechanical strength of screeds and renders, reduces shrinkage and has perfect adhesion even on smooth concrete.

1 liquid Based Component

1. Where Bond PVA Pure should be used, the substrate should be sound, clean and free contamination. Dilute the bond by Adding water (1-part Bond PVA Pure to 7 parts water)
2. Using a mechanical mixer, mix the diluted b for 3 minutes. more water could be added to achieve the required workability.
3. Add the diluted bond to the cementitious mixture
4. Mix very well once again with a mechanical mixer for 10 minutes.
5. Application:
a. As Admixture:
Dilute 1part Poly Bond PVA Pure with 7 parts water. Mix thoroughly to obtain uniform consistency liquid. Add the diluted Poly Bond Pure to pre-blended sand/cement plaster, mortar, etc. Mix for 3-4 min using mechanical mixer at low speed. Let the mixture stand for 10 min and mix again briefly to achieve homogeneous lump free mixture.
b. As Bonding Agent:
Dilute 1 parts Poly Bond PVA Pure with 10 parts water. Mix thoroughly to obtain uniform consistency liquid. Apply using brush or spray directly onto substrate. If using hand pump, spray at a rate of 15 m2/liter. While bonding agent is still wet, follow immediately by applying plaster, render, mortars or joint tapes etc.
c. Sealer coat and dusting:
Diluted POLY BOND PVA(1part POLY BOND PVA Pure to 10 parts water)should be applied by brush over the target surface and allowed to dry.
Note: for porous surfaces other coat should be applied to assure appropriate seal.

This original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry shaded place below 25°C
