A general-purpose, flexible sealant that is used for caulking, grouting, jointing, and embedding in building construction. Suitable for interior and exterior use it resists cracking and gives a smooth finish.

1 Liquid Component

1. The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc. Gaps exceeding 5mm should be filled.
2. VERY IMPORTANT STEP, the interior of the joint should be clean and so should the foam, If the joint itself is not clean the sealant will not stick to the foam.
3. Add foam inside the joint, according to the size of the joint gaps exceeding 5 mm should be half filled with backing foams before application.
4. Apply a good amount of sealant over the foam using a putty knife.
eave the sealant to set for four days or five days depending on the temperature.

This original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry shaded place below 25°C.
