Flexible cementitious waterproofing coat for wet areas

DESCRIPTION

high-performance, two-component flexible waterproofing slurry composed of:

– Component A: cement-based powder mortar

– Component B: synthetic emulsion resin

Once applied and cured, the system forms a durable, flexible, and seamless membrane with enhanced waterproofing performance. It adheres strongly to concrete and masonry substrates and is suitable for both positive and negative water pressure applications.

Components

Two Components: Component (A) is a cement based modified Mortar with additives and a component (B) is liquid Latex , packaged in 1 Metal Barrel and 1 Plastic Bag

Instruction of use

1. The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc. Gaps exceeding 5mm should be filled.

2. VERY IMPORTANT STEP, the interior of the joint should be clean and so should the foam, If the joint itself is not clean the sealant will not stick to the foam.

3. Add foam inside the joint, according to the size of the joint gaps exceeding 5 mm should be half filled with backing foams before application.

4. Apply a good amount of sealant over the foam using a putty knife.

eave the sealant to set for four days or five days depending on the temperature.

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
