DESCRIPTION

High-performance alkyd-based primer formulated with zinc phosphate for enhanced corrosion resistance. Designed to provide durable anti-rust protection for ferrous metal substrates in both interior and exterior environments. Exhibits excellent adhesion, fast drying, and strong surface sealing properties. Available in grey and red/brown colors.

Components

Single-component , liquid Based Component , packaged in metal barrel or metal drum .

Instruction of use

1- Ensure surfaces are sound, dry and free from grease, wax and oil. Use a suitable oil and grease remover to clean the surface if necessary

2- Remove all loose scale and rust by thorough scraping and wire brushing. Leave new shiny galvanised metal to weather and become dull before priming

3- Mix The primer oxide with an electronic mixer for 3 minutes

4- Apply with Brush, roller, or Spray, two coats are recommended to efficiently utilize maximum product technical capabilities, however wait 6 – 10 hours between coats (depending on weather conditions)

5- Leave the product to dry on the metal surface for 24 hours

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
