DESCRIPTION

A high-performance, two-component epoxy system with a solvent-based formulation, specifically designed to deliver long-lasting anti-corrosion protection for steel reinforcement, structural steel, storage tanks, pipelines, and industrial equipment.
This system offers excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, superior resistance to chemicals and moisture, and reliable durability in aggressive environments such as marine, industrial, and infrastructure applications.

Corrosion protection – Marine structures – Industrial equipment – Structural steel – Automotive parts – Metal pipelines

Components

Two Liquid Components A : Hardener and B : Resin , packaged in tin cans.

Instruction of use

1- The steel should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt curing compound, rust etc.
2- Mix Poly Epoxy primer components “A the resin” and “B the hardener” very well with a mechanical mixer. Leave the mixture to set for 3 minutes.
3- Apply the epoxy steel primer on the steel using a roll or a brush.
4- leave it for 24 hours to fully dry.
5- Two coats are recommended on the steel specially in locations with a lot of sun exposure to ensure maximum protection against

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
