Clear epoxy primer, designed to bond with epoxy systems.

DESCRIPTION

A two-component, solvent-free, clear epoxy primer engineered for deep penetration into porous substrates. Functions as a substrate sealer and high-strength bonding interface between the base surface and subsequent epoxy coating or mortar systems.
Formulated to enhance adhesion, prevent outgassing, and ensure long-term durability of the entire epoxy system. In epoxy screed applications, this primer is often an essential bonding layer to guarantee cohesive performance and system integrity.

Components

Two-component A: resin B: Hardener, packaged two tin cans

Instruction of use

1- The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt curing compound, etc.
2- Mix Poly Epoxy primer components “A the resin” and “B the hardner” very well with a mechanical mixer for 3 min
3- Leave the primer mixture to set for a maximum duration of three minutes.
4- Apply the Primer on your desired clean surface using an epoxy roll or brush.
5- Leave it for one day to fully dry and set.

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
