DESCRIPTION

high-performance, elastomeric waterproofing coating formulated with advanced acrylic co-polymers.

Supplied as a single-component emulsion, it cures upon application to form a seamless, flexible, and durable membrane that provides long-lasting protection against water ingress.

It contains inert, weather-resistant pigments and can be applied easily using a brush, roller, or spray equipment.

SCOPE OF USE

Residential roofs – Commercial rooftops – Balconies – Terraces – Green roofs – Sun-exposed areas

Components

Single-component , liquid Based Component , packaged in plastic barrel

Instruction of use

1. The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc. and ensure the surface to be treated is generously wet.

2. For concrete surfaces should be primed applied at approximate rate of 5m²/liter, to eliminate excessive suction and promote adhesion

3. The first coat of Deck Seal E200 should be applied at the rate of 0.55 – 0.70 kg/m²

4. Leave the first coat to cure for 4 – 12 hours depending on ambient temperature

5. Apply a second coat of DECKSEAL E200 when the first has dried, The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat at the same rate above, and allowed to cure.

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
