A cement-based waterproofing slurry for sealing and protecting damp areas from moisture.

DESCRIPTION

single-component, cement-based waterproofing coating formulated to serve as a protective barrier against water infiltration and moisture ingress.

It effectively insulates surfaces and prevents leakage, as well as minimizes the impact of high humidity on internal walls and gypsum board.

Supplied as a ready-to-use dry blend of cement and non-toxic additives, it is safe for use in areas intended for potable water storage and contact.

Bathrooms – Basements – Damp Retaining walls – Water tanks – Swimming pools – Foundations

Components

powder-based component , packaged in paper bags.

Instruction of use

1. The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc. and ensure the surface to be treated is generously wet.

2. The product as supplied is ready for use, just add 4 to 6 liters of clean water for every 20 kg of powder.

3. Mix the product well for 3 min using an electronic mixer to get a homogenous paste which can be applied by a brush.

4. Apply 1st layer of Poly Sealing Slurry using a brush, roller or trowel with a sufficient thickness to plug pores, cracks and holes at 1.5 kg/m2. And leave it to dry for 3 hours.

5. Apply 2nd and Apply 2nd layer of 1 to 1.5 kg/m2 and leave to dry for 4 hours each.

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
