DESCRIPTION

Asuka Plus is a high-performance, liquid waterproofing admixture designed to enhance the impermeability and workability of cement-based mixes.

It integrates permanently into the concrete matrix, providing long-lasting protection that extends throughout the service life of the structure.

SCOPE OF USE

CONCRETE ADMIXTURES – CEMENT, PLASTERS & RENDERS

Components

Single-component , liquid Based Component , packaged in plastic barrel

Instruction of use

1. Add 3.5 kg of Poly Asuka’s Plus Liquid Waterproofing for every 100 kg cement Liquid Waterproofing Admixture to the mixing water for all work.

2. Add to Mixture(s):

a. CONCRETE: Normal concrete practice regarding mixing, placing

and curing must be followed at all times.

b. PLASTER: It is recommended that all work be done using a two

Coat method as follows:

b First Coat: A 10mm render of sand and cement with Poly Asuka Plus Liquid Waterproofing Admixture in the mixing water.

b Second Coat: Build up to the required finished thickness – but not less than 20mm total thickness. The second coat must be applied not less than 24 hours after the first coat.

c. EMEDIAL WORK: For all repair work, it is recommended that the existing

surface be hacked to form a mechanical key, followed by the use of a bonding agent

3. Add water based on the mixture used

4. Mix well with an electronic mixture for 3 minutes

Storage

Original sealed container has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground and moisture and in a dry shaded place around 25°C.
