A high-performance, three-component, solvent-free, epoxy-based structural repair compound. Engineered for rapid strength development and excellent adhesion, it is suitable for demanding repair applications on vertical and overhead concrete substrates. Upon mixing the pre-measured resin, hardener, and graded fillers, the system forms a thixotropic, non-sag repair compound ideal for structural patching, edge rebuilding, and precision bonding where conventional systems may not perform.

1- The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt curing compound, etc.

2- Mix Poly Epoxy primer components (B) the hardener into component (A) the Resin make sure you mix B into A and not the reverse. Mix both components very well with a mechanical mixer until a homogeneous mix is ​​obtained. Leave the mixture to set for a maximum duration of three minutes

3- Slowly add “Component C” mix for additional 2 minutes or until all aggregate pieces are completely covered by the epoxy

4- Apply the Epoxy Mortar on your desired clean surface using an epoxy roll or brush

5- Leave it for one day to fully dry and set.
