High flow non-shrink cementitious precision grout supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing precision grout for gap thickness up to 125mm. In addition, the low water requirement ensures high early strength and long term durability. Conbextra HF is a blend of portland cement, graded fillers, and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in both the plastic and hardened states.

1 Powder Component

1. The surface should be sound, clean, free from loose material, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc All surfaces should be presoaked with clean water for a Minimum of 4 hours prior to grouting.

2. Depending on the consistency required, the addition of 2.8 liters (flowable) or 3.5 liters (fluid) of clean water should be added to the 25kg of Poly Grout HF inside a clean container.

3. Mix well with a low-speed mixer / drill at (400-600rpm) for a continuous period of 3 minutes until a uniform consistency is obtained.

4. leave the mixture to sit for 3 minutes before application.

5. Pouring of the mixed grout should be started from one side only to distance, a side shutter feed between 100 mm to 250 mm high should be erected and used to build the required head.
